Labor seems to be the killer there

Our master bath is in desperate need of an update but the estimates!!! And that is basically patching it up... Whew. It hasn't gotten to the point that I want the updates more than the money... and I doubt I ever will. I'd rather just tear the bathroom off the house, lol it would probably be a lot cheaper.

I think if anything gets done like that I am doing it myself. What could possibly go wrong?
