Speaking of Mexico..

..because we go there quite often, I've heard the same thing.. they'll tell you how much its gonna cost and, if you don't have cash or can't have money wired to you, they're not gonna treat you.. and, if they do, sometimes its a bad thing.. For example, the lady in Cancun who was attacked by a Tiger Shark and had a 30 pound piece of meat ripped from her thigh.. doctors there re-attached it, but neglected to hook up a blood supply to it and it rotted while attached to her body.. You know, that sort of thing..
