I'm not a fan of chicken. Yes, there are a few ways it's prepared, very few, that I 'kind' of like it. And I can always eat it if I have too... it's not that hate it, it's just blah for me.
So that said... I have to buy a couple trillion fund raising dinners every year... school book clubs, sporting teams, cheerleader squads, field trip funds, you name it.. and without exception it's always 'chicken'. Usually with sides of salad and green beans although the sides can differ somewhat. So here's how it goes:
"Sure, I'll take two of them".
"GREAT, thank you so much, do you want them delivered or do you want to pick them up"
"No, give them to someone"
"Huh?"
"Give them to someone, I don't want them".
"But, but, but, but, but, you paid for them"
"Yes, I know"
