the consensus is that the effects would be very slight if felt at all. Solar Radiation could increase somewhat but since the atmosphere, (on which a magnetic shift will have no effect), is the primary buffer anyway they expect little to not effects.... perhaps simply going from SPF 35 to SPF50 with your lip gloss.
