Like tens of thousand of people I'm embroiled in the VW law suit over rigging emissions.
I chose to opt out of the settlement and am part of a class action suit.
This has been going on about a year and there is no real end in sight.
At the moment we cannot sell Helen's car and we really want to. VW are deliberately dragging their heels (even with people who have settled) knowing that some people cannot wait.
Anyway, if we win the case we will almost certainly have legal fees to pay, and as you say, I don't think that is reasonable.

A guy named Uzi Nissan who bought that domain before Nissan Motor Company changed their name from Datsun.
So Mr Nissan who runs a business called Nissan has been embroiled in legal battles since 1999 as Nissan sue him for $10m in damages.
Yep 17 years Nissan have been pursuing this guy.
WTF? Seriously, how can that even be remotely possible, it's totally outrageous!
There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.
