We are still running everything through the same attorney's as we were before opting out and I know from the correspondence that they're representing others.
Anyway, it'll sort itself out, it just sucks the amount of time it's taking.
Would an attorney ever dare to 'strongly advise' a client to opt out of a class action case that they could lose?
And if they lost, would we be entitled to the same deals the opt-in people got, or are we screwed.
Don't feel obliged to answer this Waterfield, I'm more curious than anything.
There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.
