Was just in the Empire State Building

yesterday. I went to the 102nd floor but I didn't see the Stark building.
My wife and daughter were at the American Girl Doll Store, which is the epitome of gluttony when your daughter's doll gets her hair done... anyhow I had to decide what to do... the Apple Store was close by but I decided to a true landmark and something I've never done. It's an odd feeling being alone in a city, especially doing something so touristy. I was in line for about 30 minutes with couples, families and kids on school trips.
Once you get on the 86th floor there is an outdoor lookout all around the building. Then you can get on an old 1930's elevator, that is operator controlled and go up to the 102nd floor and look out.
So I don't do selfie's, mostly because I don't do social media stuff very often. But I remember going through my dad's old slides and remembering how boring some photos can be without family in them... so I decided that if my grandkids, or whoever, ever look at these photos they'd probably find them more interesting if they had someone in them they were related to. This one is from the 102nd floor because it didn't occur to me to do one on the 86th.
