I'm trying to catch up on all those I missed... I'm very close on "Best Picture" Oscar winners, only two to go... but that's not important... because I'm not looking for 'known' or 'highly rated' classics... I'm looking for those that are GREAT, that you liked, but are off the radar.
But while I'm at it... and this is definitely NOT off the rador.. seen "Treasure Of The Sierra Madre"? If not... do, see what 'acting' really means.
Also, and again... "Shane" is so ahead of it's time, so good, so well filmed, so well acted, so well directed, so well edited, that I hereby give it "Casablanca" status. - JamesJM
