the LA fan base line is actually pretty far north of Bakersfield.... seems to me it's about at Visalia... I think 21, in Tulare, is well within LA's sphere of influence.
You're right, Fresno is without question in the "North" sector. But travel even a few miles south of Fresno and the lines of demarcation gets a bit blurry. - JamesJM
