Been trying to do some research on remedies and diets. I have heard Metamucil is great for gut health but I have also heard too much fiber can irritate things.
SOOOOO hard to find REAL info on such things WITHOUT it being a commercial ploy. Starting Monday, both me and my Wife are gonna get serious with our diets. I KNOW I eat like total CRAP!
