With / without polyps....PPO/ HMO etc etc. I worked with a fella who at only age 23...His Dr, on a hunch, advised a Colonoscopy. He was LOADED with Polyps. He has to go every two years. But yeah.........Cancers of ALL sorts scare the hell outta me. Simply being a Firefighter skyrockets my chances. On top of that, I was a Firefighter that worked a LOT with AFFF Firefighting foam. That stuff is so dangerous it's treated as a Haz Mat call if more than a few gallons hits the ground. We damn near swam in the stuff when I was in the USAF.
