An overnight canoe trip. And it's been eating at me for decades. I have been in a canoe... but an actual canoe trip? Never.
Had a friend that used to tell me about a canoe trip he went on a couple of times... in Canada. I forget exactly where. And it was a 'major' excursion. He said they'd fly back into a lake (wish I could remember where but it was eastern Canada somewhere).... then they'd canoe from lake to lake to lake to lake by connecting rivers. It was VERY long... taking them...... I think, 2 or 3 weeks?
In my mind I couldn't think of a better adventure. Still like to give something like that a go.... even it was just a couple nights or so. - JamesJM
