Has 'American Primeval' been discussed here?

if so I missed it. Started it a couple nights ago. I've seen two episodes.

Is this the most violent film ever made? It's on Netflix, a western. Very well made series but WOW... the violence is, well, violent - and there is no shortage of it.

Very different view of the "American West".... in this series it's bleak, drab, and SOOOOO depressing. No idea where this series is headed in the coming episode but I think i can predict with complete confidence a 'happy ending' is NOT in the offing.

So do I like it? yes, I do like it... it's very well made and the acting is superb. Can I tolerate more violence? That I don't know... maybe, maybe not. - JamesJM
