That was lovely, but sad seeing what she once was. However, even without the Alzheimers, we may have still been seeing the same thing due to her age and health decline due to age. She seemed very fraile.
My sister, Marcie, is 69 and a retired Army nurse. She lives in San Antonio and we spoke on the phone just this afternoon. We don't see each other often and we were just saying hello and catching up on family stuff. It's interesting that you posted this video today, James. Marcie mentioned that she a lady from her church who is in her 80's now has Alzheimers. Marcie said it was just a few years ago that the two of them used to spend lots of time together... shopping, doing church business, laughing and having a great time. Now her friend no longer knows who Marcie is. It's such an awful, awful thing to watch happen to a loved one and their family as well.
