Yeah they mention that in Titanic..

Small rudder, didn't corner worth a damn.. yes, the arrogance was over the line.. especially on a ship that so easily could sink.. how they claimed it was unsinkable was ridiculous considering the bulkheads weren't sealed at the top, so water would overflow the compartments as it sank..

..and don't get me started on the lack of lifeboats..
