Pepper is 13 yr s old and has lost a good part of her hearing. We walking in a tunnel underneath Pacific Coast Highway to reach our parked car. Two boys around 12-13 come roaring through on "E-Bikes". I have several issues with kids on E Bikes but this takes the cake. I wave my arms to ask them to slow down since Pepper can't hear them and they are pretty silent anyway. The kid in the lead flips me off and says "F--- old man" and races past me and Pepper. The kid trailing wags his tongue at me as he races past almost colliding with Pepper. As soon as they get through the tunnel they both get off their bikes and drop their pants to show me their bare asses.
Now these E-Bikes looked new and I'm sure well over $1,000. This is not the first time Pepper and I have had problems -as have other dog walkers-in the same tunnel with kids on E Bikes including girls 12- 13 yrs old as well. So I'm thinking I wonder what their parents are like? The word that keeps coming to mind is "entitlement"
