I rarely crave a salad or broccoli but when I get on health kicks, I feel it. It's no longer about a few pounds and just looking good. French fries...I LOVE them!! But just in the last 2-3 years, often when I eat them, they taste great but I can literally feel them going down in a sluggish manner and I feel "Blah!" after eating too many. If I do eat fries, it's very small portions. My days of eating a Large Fry or a Basket of them are long gone. I'm a SHRIMPAHOLIC! I can no longer do "All you can eat". My system simply says.....NOPE!
