it's all about diet....really

I was diagnosed with Celiac


no more sickness (auto immune- I would get " sick" 3 times a year) no more allergies- well they went from severe to mild, no more heartburn, no more constipation ( i actually took medicine for that--------eat lots of fiber salads benas, etc. )
