Quest SUCKS! I use them for my Cardio follow ups.

Lord help you if you are a walk in. I did that 2 years ago and it was 3 HRS and 20 MIN for a 1 minute blood draw. I don't get how they take in 1 person every 10-12 minutes. I have also had the Clerks give ME a hard time about what the DOCTOR wrote on the order! Here in Jacksonville, we also have Labcorp. They are WAAAAAAAAAAAAY better. There, you can be a walk in and be done in MAYBE 15 minutes. WITH an appointment through Quest, it was still 25-30 minutes.
