I was going to ask if you used and Air Brush.

or if you were like me , still old school , a can of spray paint , a roll of masking take , and hope for the best...............lol

I stopped into Hobby Lobby ( only place close to where I live that still sells models ) to see if they had a B-17 model , and , nope

they did have a bunch of B-24 models , and I thought about , still might go back and get one , and just order a B-17 model on line
