then I think you need an Apple TV to access Peacock. The new Smart TVs don't need a separate box for Apple. It's built into the television. I could be wrong but we have a "commercial tv-meaning there are no instruments on the TV itself. We had access to all streaming but they were all through our Apple TV little box. It just went out so we are considering a Smart Tv that has all the access to streaming platforms built in. The problem is we've had our big screen TV for several years and it had been terrific.
