I don't know what kind of a TV you have , but I can't imagine it would be very hard to find

we have ROKU TV's , and it's just right there in the app store , didn't even have to search for it

did you try searching Peacock TV , adding the "TV" part

or

did you trying searching on your phones app store , comes right up

but my guess would be it has more to do with your TV then the app
