It's gonna take something even more daunting than WWII. I saw flashes of unity during the first Gulf War and in the days after 9-11. But even during those events, there were too many entitled WHINERS out there. We live in a SPOILED ROTTEN society that still thinks it's entitled to everything. The WWII generation was fresh from the great Depression. Those folks had ZERO. They WORKED to barely survive. But when the Country called, EVERYONE helped. Even minorities who had been treated like crap stood tall and came through.
