my grandson's are taking me too..... I don't know what in the hell it is. Some type of golf simulator but not hitting onto a screen, like at golf shops.
Apparently you hit the ball and it gives you a read out of club head speed, distance your ball flew, amount of spin, club head position on contact... the works. You use your own clubs but they provide the balls.
Don't ask me if putting is involved... I haven't got a clue.
Here's what I do know.... after the golf thinga-ma-jiggy we're going to eat at the Santa Fe Basque Restaurant.....and I'm having the pork chops. Haven't had pork chops in a while.... usually I get the lamb but I just had lamb so it's pork time. My grandson's are nervous about it - "Do we have to eat sheep balls? Pigs Knuckles"....
And of course you don't have to eat those... but I told them yes because.... well, I'm 'ornery that way.
