There was a dampness to the air. I just do not think ANYONE was dressed and prepared for it. Hell...When I was at USAF Fire School, at Chanute, Ill, we had wind chills of minus 10. BUT I was dressed for it. That 1983 Gator Bowl will be the coldest I have ever been.
