I tried one a few years ago

last about week before I got rid of it

I suppose if you're someone who lays perfectly still all night and never moves , it might be alright

but I toss and turn all night long from one side to another , and on my stomach , then back on my side

a Ergonomic pillow never worked for me , actually made it worse

I get neck pain as well after sleeping , and have tried several pillows , memory foam pillows , My Pillow , etc

the best luck I've found is this one , 10 bucks at WalMart
