You are so right. I miss those days when the board was fun, welcoming, people had a sense of humor, were friendlier, and courteous.
The vibe has really changed and it's not that way anymore. Someone will ask a question about something which sparks my own curiosity as to the answer so I'll take the time to do the research and then post the answer to their question. But... do they acknowledge? Heck no, hardly ever, If I post, it's ignored. Oh... it's read... but the thread goes silent when I post. I've been tempted to change my screen name many times to ThreadKiller because when I post... the thread dies. Why is that???. I've been an active member of this board for 20 years but ever since the relocation, things have really degraded at least for me. Just how it is.
