I miss Rambeau....

He had my back when I'd post an auto racing thread. And not just that... the man was extremely knowledgeable having worked as a writer for auto racing events.

So anyway -

I rented and watched Gran Turismo last night.... (new movie).... any movie with auto racing as the theme I'm going to watch... no matter how bad the reviews are.

Well, it was good, quite good... didn't think it was 'great' BUT...it did have its moments. Liked how they stressed the technical and professional aspects of auto racing... most people I believe think you just hop in and drive.

ALSO... I think there is MORE than enough sub-topics of relationships, overcoming personal strife, to make it quite attractive to anyone... whether or not you give a flying patootie about auto racing. Worth a rent? Well, I'd stop short of that BUT... once free I'd say yes, give it a go. - JamesJM
