Because I have always been so skinny. Everyone said, the weight will hit me with a vengeance in my 30s and everything will fall apart. Well.....My 30s started..nothing.....mid 30s.....40s.......It wasn't till I hit 45-46. My eyes went to crap and I noticed a bit of a gut. But that was it! But when I hit 53??? Cholesterol...Fasting Blood sugar....BP......my knees.......my feet......and my eyes got worse. I guess I cannot complain because I have lasted a LOT longer than others with the age PITAs. But....They ALL said hello abruptly!
