Liked the first few season but the captain character started to get annoying.
As a side note I worked for a company once who's president had OCD ever bit as bad as Monk. We moved into a new building and he would carry around a small pair of scissors and he would get down on his hands and knees and trim any long carpet hairs he'd see. Once he sent one employee out side with a wet vac to vacuum up what he thought was excess water the auto sprinklers have put in the flower bed. Another time he found a brown scuff mark on the floor of the lunch room so he had every one in the company with brown sole shoes come in one by one and see if their shoes left a scuff mark on the floor. I could go on and on with stories about the guy but it was really something to see.
