That's low level "self motivation" and "leadership". He needs to grow up.
So you're painting F Utah on your fingernails..............it's a bit immature, but as you said maybe he will grow up and out of that nonsense. But its a 50/50thing IMO. If you don't know better at this point when will you?
Showing up in an NFL game/locker room with anything like that painted on anything is going to lose your team mates respect and would be record setting bulletin board material. If I was interviewing him at the combine I would ask him for a five minute explanation about why he did that and if four minutes were not about regret I may have second thoughts.
Imagine AD lining up against a QB with F the Rams painted on.............
He would be very quickly moved into the "find out" phase on the FAFO Scale.
