When on duty, never eat more than your mask can hold! LOL Obviously, had never been drunk before a fire........but severly hung over a time or two. One day, we had a HUUUUUUGE spread of shrimp, crab legs, steak and baked potatoes. It was about this time of year and the head index was about 110. We all GORGED ourselves and then BAM!! A rip snortin Structure Fire. THE closest I had ever come to filling my mask. LOL Just about everyone at our station was hurting.
