I honestly think Sports has been watered down in a damaging way.

The NFL is maybe the lone exception but even that has had a lot of chinks in the armor. NASCAR is fading. NOBODY talks about it down here and I live in the Deep South!! The NBA has ZERO rivals. LONG LONG gone are the days of Boston vs Showtime. Been that way for a LONG time. MLB has gotten bland. Even the NCAA is eating itself with greed. Conferences and LONG traditional rivals are being busted up. Players are now being paid?? WHAT could go wrong with that??
