It may not be firing. Either no fuel or no fire could have the same symptom, i.e. turning over but no attempt to run.
That used to be easy to check... not so much anymore. But I would want to know if the plugs are sparking first, then I'd try to figure out fuel issues. If it's not sparking, it sounds like it will be at a point preventing fire to ANY plug, as opposed to one cylinder not firing.
And I don't think it's any more likely to be a spark issue, but it's just probably going to be easier to rule that out than fuel.
