That's Ruth Gordon. She played "Ma" in the Clint Eastwood Classic......Every Which Way But Loose. She was always cussing and grumbling around Clint about his pet Orangutan eating her Oreos. Later, the Clumsy Biker Gang tries to Bully her but she takes out most of their Bikes from her front porch swing.
