LOL That 1981 heat wave makes me think of Raiders Of The Lost Ark and the Sahara.

In June 1981, my Dad took me to see Raiders Of The Lost Ark. That day, I remember we not only had temps over 100 but also had dust from the Sahara Desert in the air. I remember after the movie, we walked out of the freezing Theater and into a YELLOW furnace. Everything had a yellow look to it. Between that and the brutal heat, it was sorta erie. Ironically, we have Sahara dust in the sky now. But NOTHING like 1981.
