Can't really mess it up unless it hits the ground before it's eaten...LOL....I would do it with as little salt as possible, but that's me. it needs to get to like 160 or so. Cook it low and slow and it can't mess up. Don't play with it either, turning it over and over. You'll like it and so will your group, I have the faith....LOL......
