We live close to the beach and a huge grass park. When we travel north to visit our Sacramento family-often- we always go up 101 and stay in or near Morro Bay for a few days both going and coming. The beaches in that area are all dog friendly-meaning you can run your dog as long pick up their poop. We also live in a cul-de-sac of 5 homes and all the neighbors love Pepper enough to where she will-on her own-visit them in their garages and homes. Also its big enough for her to chase after a launched ball to their properties and no one minds-they love her.
Of course I would love to have her on a wide open ranch but she gets a ton of exercise based on the above-and she's 12 yrs old but out swims and runs most other dogs-certainly those her age-and especially on the beaches.
