Police do NOT have the ability to jump every time an alarm goes off. Same with Fire Alarms. There's just toooo many of them. I have been to "Fire Alarms" that were actually Burglaries. One time, we were out of the station and just a few blocks away. At VERY worst, from the time the alarm tripped and our arrival was no more than 5 minutes. When we got there, the Burglars were gone. We called for LEO before we entered.And through it all, not ONE neighbor came out.
Yeah....."Lead Poison" is the best prevention. The Courts sure as hell won't do anything about it. Criminals need hugs. kisses and understanding. Me?? Remember the movie "Casino" and what they did in the back room to that guy's right hand, who was cheating the Casino?? Yeah!! THAT is deterrent!
