Ours still have a large selection of models

like an entire aisle of nothing but models , I've never actually bought any models there , but I have bought glue and paint and stuff , if you time it right , Hobby Lobby have those 50% of sales
my wife shops there all the time , whenever I get dragged into the store , I just head straight to the models section
our Hobby Lobby still has a good selection of model rockets , more then enough to get someone started
same with trains , not a lot of train sets , but they got alot of the landscaping stuff , not much for model buildings , but they all the trees , shrubs grass and stuff
also got some nice metal detectors and telescopes for both beginners and hobbyist
