I guess it depends on what country you're going to as to how much pain in the keyster it is.. Mexico has a red light/green light thing: you push a button and green you go, red you get searched.. Belize they look at you and make a decision - we get searched a lot in Belize..

That's one reason I always take direct flights.. I stress out too much about connecting flights.. and lost luggage, and finding the gate.. and on and on and on.. I totally relate to your granddaughter - after all, I AM a Rams fan, as well..
