I did something similar..

a few years ago.. there was a site where I input everything I ate and was pretty much shocked at how many calories I was actually taking in.. But then I got into a groove, cut my calories to around 1200 a day... and.. lost pretty much zero weight in 3 months and gave up..

But when you start counting your calories, and see how many calories each food item is, it is fairly eye-opening..

Friendship is like peeing your pants.. Everybody can see it, but only you can feel the warmth..
