Get an OC and LET HIM CALL THE OFFENSE.
Get a DC and LET HIM CALL THE DEFENSE.
Get a ST Coach and let him coach the ST's.
Sean, you are the HC....You don't need to do EVERYTHING! You just need to "oversee" your coaches and put your 2 cents in when you feel it is needed.
Now, you can go have time with your wife and ENJOY COACHING.
P.S....You do know that McVay is the 3rd Highest Paid HC IN ALL SPORTS.
