McVay knows what is going on, he knows the real deal on Stafford's health, he might be to close to the front office to say thank you for forfeiting your future to get me a ring. He knows all the secrets and the Rams were a one year wonder with a terrible price to pay afterwards. In my opinion you have to blow up this team even if McVay is staying, if you can get something for Stafford get it, sign Baker, trade who ever you can trade and get draft choices
