Adam Schefter said "sources say". I'm thinking those "sources" must be folks who work in the Rams building, people who are around McVay. Who exactly? I have no clue. I'm just thinking out loud. But if the sources are saying that and they're reliable sources, then McVay has communicated it to them in some way... It doesn't have to be overt but perhaps through body language, conversation, attitude, facial expressions, etc. If the sources have been around McVay any length of time, perhaps they can see a difference in him and either they're drawing their own conclusions from that or he's made it clear in other ways that he's ready to hang it up. We'll all know soon enough.
