He would IMO be looked at as a guy who sticks in the good times and bails 1st chance when things don't go well. He doesn't seem to be that type of person, he seems to thrive on challenges, well he has one.

Sitting in the booth, "Well Coach you must be glad you left that mess", "Well coach how do you feel leaving the field after that bad luck season".....Those type questions will always be there in the booth waiting for him IMO......
