Bottom line......McVay loves being a HC. It's in his blood.
Go to the booth for money, he'll miss the locker room, the film sessions, the preparation, practices, the anticipation of a BIG Game. Simply being around the guys.
The booth and the $$$$$$ will ALWAYS be there, and he knows that.
McVay has A LOT more games to COACH.....He has goals he wants to accomplish as an NFL HC....Right now, that's where he's focused...He's only 35, and Mr. Kroenke will keep raising his salary to keep the young man happy!
