I really don;t want to end up with eight day 3 picks. It will be interesting though to see if that comp pick in the 5th actually becomes a 4th as was reported yesterday. Would change things.
I would rather somehow end up with three day 2 selections. Or perhaps consider moving up from 3(69) 5 or 6 spots for a top-50 overall player (OL?) that has slipped.
But as far as the order of positions selected with their first four picks- Edge, OG/C, TE, RB- I agree completely.
I’m really resonating with your 4 positions and their order, 93.
Barring a trade or FA move, those would be my own preferences, too. If Rams have a dramatic differential on their player candidate grades, that might influence them, too.
I’ll say this. Rams should come out of this draft with a quality player at each of those 4 deep positions. Add a ball hawking Safety in the 5th and I’m one happy camper. All else will be gravy, imo.
