Each sideline has 2 locker rooms.

One side has the Rams locker room plus a neutral visitor's locker room.

And the other side has the Chargers locker room plus another neutral locker room.

When the Chargers host anyone other than the Rams their opponent uses the visitor's locker room on the Rams side of the field. But when the Rams are the visiting team they get to use their own locker room.
