How much draft capital could be gained by trading Stafford, AD, Ramsey, and Kupp?

According to overthecap.com the Rams are currently $1.8M under the cap in 2023.

Trading Stafford would increase his '23 cap hit from $20M to $74M.

Trading Donald would increase his '23 cap hit from $15M to $41M.

Trading Ramsey would decrease his '23 cap hit from $25.2M to $19.6M.

And trading Kupp would decrease his '23 cap hit from $27.8M to $24.4M.

Net result after executing those 4 trades: the Rams would be $69.2M over the cap.

Is this a variation on the ‘have to destroy the village in order to save it?’
